The Committee on the Budget, to whom was referred the bill
(H.R. 7032) to amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment
Control Act of 1974 to provide the Congressional Budget Office
with necessary authorities to expedite the sharing of data from ex-
ecutive branch agencies, and for other purposes, having considered
the same, reports favorably thereon without amendment and rec-
ommends that the bill do pass.
