   Mr. PALLONE, from the Committee on Energy and Commerce,

  The Committee on Energy and Commerce, to whom was referred
the bill (H.R. 1109) to amend the Public Health Service Act to re-
vise and extend projects relating to children and to provide access
to school-based comprehensive mental health programs, having
considered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment
and recommends that the bill as amended do pass.
