                           Mr. GRIJALVA, from the Committee on Natural Resources,
                                              submitted the following

                        The Committee on Natural Resources, to whom was referred the
                      bill (H.R. 823) to provide for the designation of certain wilderness
                      areas, recreation management areas, and conservation areas in the
                      State of Colorado, and for other purposes, having considered the
                      same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and rec-
                      ommend that the bill as amended do pass.
                        The amendment is as follows:
                        Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:

                      SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
                        (a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Colorado Outdoor Recreation and
                      Economy Act.
                        (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.-The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
