The Committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 6314) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to
treat catastrophic and bronze plans (as defined in the Patient Pro-
tection and Affordable Care Act as high deductible health plans, re-
port favorably thereon with an amendment and recommend that
the bill as amended do pass.
