DHS would share the information with state, local, and tribal officials and certain online platforms. DHS is currently carrying out activities similar to those required by the bill. Thus, CBO estimates that implementing H.R 5736 would cost less than $500,000 over the 2020-2025 period, subject to the availability of appropriated funds.
