Bankruptcy Rules Amendments in Raleigh, North Carolina on January
24, 1992 and in Pasadena, California on February 28, 1992; and on
the Criminal Rules and Section 2255 Rules Amendments in Tampa,
Florida on November 7, 1991 and Los Angeles, California on
January 17, 1992.
