1 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
2 This Act may be cited as the Consequences for So-
3 cial Security Fraud Act.
4 SEC. 2. INADMISSIBILITY AND DEPORTABILITY RELATED
5 TO SOCIAL SECURITY FRAUD OR IDENTIFICA-
6 TION DOCUMENT FRAUD.
7 (a) INADMISSIBILITY.-Section 212(a)(2) of the Im-
8 migration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(2)) is
9 amended by adding at the end the following:
10 (J) SOCIAL SECURITY FRAUD OR IDENTI-
11 FICATION DOCUMENT FRAUD.-Any alien who
12 has been convicted of, who admits having com-
13 mitted, or who admits committing acts which
14 constitute the essential elements of an offense
15 under section 208 of the Social Security Act
16 (42 U.S.C. 408) (relating to social security ac-
17 count numbers or social security cards), an of-
18 fense under section 1028 of title 18, United
