                          T Here being a f eming contradiion between   the Laws tit. Fornication Addition to
                                     pag.3 3. and title Punifihment, pig.67. This Court doth Declare, the Law of
                                     That the former referring to a particular Crime, a fhameful Sin, Fonication.
                                     much increafing among(} os, to the great difhonour of God, and
                          our Profefilon of his .Holy Name, the punifhment of that Sin (hall beas is
                          prefcribed in the faid Law, Any thing that may feem to refirain or limit the
                          fame, contained in the other Law tit. Punifbment, notwithflanding. And in
                          cafe any perfon legally convifed of that or any other fhameful and vidous
                          Crime, be a Freeman ; It fhall be in the liberty and power of the Court that
                          bath the proper cognizance thereof, befides any other Penalty or Punifhment,
                          to adde Disfranchifement thereto.
