One idea irullating my soul fur awhile has been the thought of inviting lay participation in our Committee work. It has been a reality in several Bar Associations for a number of years, and I think it is time for us to take an in-depth look into the concept. Both the Monroe County and Cleveland Bar Associations have found the injection of a lay view-point to be rewarding. I have appointed former director, Herman P. I oonsk as Chair- man of an ad hoc co ittee to consid- er this matter.
