handle is hein.amindian/ttcnvohak0001 and id is 1 raw text is: TRADITIONAL TRIBAL CONSTITUTION OF THE NATIVE VILLAGE OF OLD HARBOR, ALASKA PREAMBLE We, a group of Native residents of the Village of Old Harbor, Alaska, having a common bond of residence, in order to promote our welfare through the development of governmental and economic enterprises as they relate to the appropriate National and State public laws relating to Indian programs, do establish this Constitution and Bylaws. ARTICLE I - NAME The name of this organization shall be the Native Village of Old Harbor. ARTICLE II - DEFINITION OF TERRITORY The boundariesof the Native Village of Old Harbor are to be described ARTICLE III - MEMBERSHIP SECTION I' All Native persons whose names shall appear on the membership roll and being residents within the geographical coverage of the Native Village of Old Harbor for at least sixty (60) continuous days shall be members of thte organization of the Native Village of Old Harbor
