We, the Beaver Trbe, assert our freedom as a sovereign people in a historical
relationshp with the United State of America in creating this Trbal o Io. We
adopt this Constitution to exercise the T es herevt sovereign authority and powers to
promote the wi-being and unity of this and succeeding -edons, to afflan our fait
in our fundamental Native right and tradidions, and to promote our social, cukurl,

ARMII - NAME
The name of this g-nIan shall be the Beaver Tribe.
ARTICLE 2 - TERRITORY
The territorial jurisdiction of the Beaver Tribe shall extend to all lands and waters
costitutig the Indian coUntry of the Beaver Tribe as defined by federal and trial law.
To the e nt e n o t with federal law, such lands and waters sa incude but
not ilmited to, all lands and wafts owned by the Tribe, and, to all lands and waters
csmarily and tad mn y governed by the Beaver peope, kludng ands withdrawn
for selection by the Kwitcdbin Native C=Pororin for the Native Village of Beaver under
