Box 31 Horton, Kansas 66439 Dear Ms. Saunders: We have received the results of the election held on July 20, 1990, by the qualified voters of the Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska. The election was called in accordance with an order issued on April 12, 1990, by the Acting Deputy to the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs (Tribal Services) which permitted the qualified voters of the Sac and Fox Nation to vote on the adoption or rejection of a proposed constitution. As evidenced by the corpleted Certificate of Results of Election, the Constitution of the Sac and Fox Nation was duly adopted by a vote of 19 for and 7 against in an election in which at least thirty percent (30%) of the 39 memtbers registered and entitled to vote cast their ballots. The constitution of the Sac and is hereby approved pursuant to Interior by the Act of June delegated to me by 230 D.M. document to the tribe.
