         We, The Indigenous people of the Curarpalek Tribe of
Chuathbaluk Alaska, sharing a common bond as the original
inhabitants of our [and, do establish this Constitution to
irrevocably establish our inherent Native Rights to the land,
waters, animals, plants, the Spiritual ways of our Ancestors,
and to promote our political, economic, and social well being.
   We hold these truths to be universally self evident:

1]   That every person is created by the One Creator;

2]   That we respect afl people;

3]   That this conmunity with acfohoC and/or drug problems
     wishes to seek a way to prevent the increase of it's use;

4]  That all persons are equal before the Law;

5]  That the goal of this cominunity is to strive for
    sef-sufficiency.
