     Dear Mr. Tomhave:

     We have received the results of the election held on May 9, 1981, by the qualified voters of
     the Jamul Indian Village. The election was called in accordance with an order duly approved
     on December 16, 1980, which permitted the qualified voters of the village to vote on the
     adoption or rejection of a proposed constitution.

     As evidenced by the Certi-icate of Results of Election, signed by the election board
     members, the proposed constitution was duly adopted by the voters. Since there are two
     typographical errors on tne Certificate of Results of Election, we have retyped it accord-
     ingly.   Please have the election board re-execute the certificate.  We regret any
     inconvenience this may cus&

     The constitution of the larul Indian Village is hereby approved pursuant to the authority
     delegated to me by 209 D.%MJ 8.3 and returned for delivery to the village.
