                CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS
                         OF THE
                RUbMSEY INDIAN RANICHERIA
                       (YOCRA DEHE)
                       YOLO COUNTY
                   BROOKS, CALIFORNIA

We, the adult members of the Rumsey Indian Rancheria, a part
of the Wintun Tribe of Indians, in Yolo County, California,
in order to establish a formal ors-anization and to secure the
privileges and powers provided for by the Indian Reorganization
Act, do hereby ordain and establish this constitution and bylaws.

                    ARTICLE I - NAME
The name of this organization shall be the Rumsey Indian Eancheria
(Yocha Dehe).

                  ARTICLE-II - TERRITORY

The jurisdiction of the Paimsey Indian Rancherla shall extend to
the territory within the present confines of the Puramsey Indian
Rancheria (now consisting  of the Dibble Ranch) and to such other
lands as may hereafter be added thereto.

                ARTICLE III - IiVEMBERSHIP

The membership of the Rumsey Indian Rancheria shall consist
of I

Section 1. AU individuals now livinf who were'lsted as distribu-
tees or dependent n.embers of distributees in the Plan for
Distribution of the Assets of the Rumsey Rancheria as approved
by the Associate Commissioner of Indian Affairs on January 27,
1987, who have not relinquished their membership in the Ruinsey
Rancherla. Their names are listed below:
