Mr. DOMENICI, from the Committee on Energy and Natural
Resources, submitted the following
R E P O R T
[To accompany S. 437]
The Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, to which was
referred the bill (S. 437) to provide for adjustments to the Central
Arizona Project in Arizona, to authorize the Gila River Indian Com-
munity water rights settlement, to reauthorize and amend the
Southern Arizona Water Rights Settlement Act of 1982, and for
other purposes, having considered the same, reports favorably
thereon with an amendment and recommends that the bill, as
amended, do pass.
The amendment is as follows:
Strike out all after the enacting clause and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Arizona Water Settlements Act.
(b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.-The table of contents of this Act is as follows:
