     Article II, Section 1(a), as amended, of the T
and Bylaws which reads as follows:

          (a) All persons of Indian blood whose ne

     the approval of the Secretary of the Interior.

          (a) All persons of Indian blood whose names appear on
     the census roll of Tulalip Indians as of Januaty 1, 19353
     dj That such roll may be corrected withn
     years and three months after aproval of this 4onstitutie  and
     bylaws by the Board of Directors., with the app oval of t
     Secretary of the Interior.
