November 5, 1978, The election was on July 12, 1-978, reject Amendment II As evidenced by the Certificate of Results of Electio signed by the members of the Election Board, the proposed Amend-lents II and III were duly adopted by the voters. Amendment II is to Article V - Elections, Section 1, and Amendment III is to Article VTIII - Meetings, Section 1.
