Substitute the word Grayling in lieu -of the word Holikachuk wherever used in the Constitutionand Bylaws approved May 17, 1948. 2. Substitute the word State in lieu of the word Territory wherever used in the Constitution and Bylaws approved May 17, 1948. This amendment shall authorize the governing body to incorporate the amendment in any and all activities or organizations of this Village. APPROVAL This Amendment I to the Constitution and Bylaws of the Organized Village of Holikachuk, Alaska, is herewith approved by the ASistant Secretary of the Interior and submitted for ratification by the adult members of the Organized Village of Holikachuk, Alaska, in an election called and held pursuant to Article VI of its constitution and pursuant to the Instructions for Organization in Alaska, etc., approved by the Secretary of the Interior on December 22, 1937.
