ADMINISTRATION PROVISIONS
THIS PAPER IS NOT A COMMISSION REPORT. It contains draft
legislative proposals for reform of the Customs Administration Act 1985.
It does not represent the Commission's final views, but is intended to
raise issues and promote discussion.
Submissions are welcome and should be received by 28 April 1989.
If you want your submission to be treated as confidential, clearly mark
it 'Confidential'. However, you should be aware that submissions may
have to be released under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
It would be helpful if comments were related to specific clause numbers
in the draft legislation.
