To assist the Executive Committee in its renewed effort to resolve this seemingly in- tractable issue, Dean Kadish solicits the views and comments of faculty on the appropriate formulation of the bylaw. An abridged version of Dean Kadish's address to the House of Representatives expressing his views on this issue are included in this newsletter. Your comments may be sent either to the national office or directly to Dean Kadish.
