HOW TO TAKE A CASE BEFORE THE NLRB. By Kenneth
McGuiness & Jeffrey Norris. Washington, D.C.: BNA Books,
1986. 814pp. $65.00. A well-respected research tool since the
first edition was published in 1949, this manual guides the la-

employs extensive cross-referencing to NLRB materials.
